Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
Candidates must possess:
- M.Sc. Degree in any one of the following:
- Home Science
- Food & Nutrition
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Food Science & Nutrition
- Food Service Management and Dietetics
- Clinical Nutrition
- Degree must be obtained from a recognized university
- Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
No prior experience is required.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 37 Years (as on 26 January 2026)
Age Relaxation:
- General Category Female: 5 years
- Reserved Category Male: 5 years
- Reserved Category Female: 10 years
- PwD Candidates: up to 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years
