Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Class 10th / Matric pass with:
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks in five basic subjects
- Minimum 33% marks in each subject
- For boards following grading system, grades commensurate to percentages will be considered.
- Indian Gorkhas – Class 10th simple pass.
- Candidates awaiting 10th result may apply but must produce original marksheet during Phase-II.
Marital Status
- Only Unmarried Female Candidates eligible.
- Widowed, divorced or legally separated women without children are eligible.
- Widows of Defence Personnel (who died in harness) eligible even with children (if not remarried).
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17½ Years
- Maximum Age: 22 Years
- Candidate must be born between 01 July 2005 to 01 July 2009 (both inclusive).
- Upper age limit relaxable up to 30 years for widows of Defence personnel (as on date of joining training).

- Minimum Height: 162 cm
- 4 cm relaxation for candidates from:
- North East Region
- Gorkhas
- Garhwalis

- Recognized Tribal Areas

- As per BMI chart (Minimum 47.2 kg for 162 cm; refer official notification for complete chart).

Recruitment will be conducted in Two Phases:
Phase-I: Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE)

- 50 questions (1 hour) or 100 questions (2 hours)

Phase-II: Recruitment Rally
- Physical Fitness Test (1.6 Km Run, Ditch, Zig-Zag, Pull-ups)
