Eligibility, Educational Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification:
Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Clerical/Officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. - Language Proficiency:
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the state for which the candidate applies.
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen / ECOs / SSCOs: 5 Years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 Years
Salary
Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920 (JMGS-I Scale)
In addition to the basic pay, employees will receive DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical Insurance, Leave Fare Concession, Retirement Benefits, and other perquisites as per Bank rules.

Selection Process & Syllabus
The selection process will be conducted in four phases:
- Online Written Test
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 25 Qs (25 Marks)
- Data Analysis & Interpretation – 25 Qs (25 Marks)
- English Language – 25 Qs (25 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Qs (25 Marks)
- General/Economy/Banking Awareness – 50 Qs (50 Marks)
(Negative marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer)
- Screening of Documents
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
- Personal Interview (50 Marks)
The final merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise based on the combined marks of the online test and interview.
