Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
For Junior Personal Assistant (Post Code 01):
- Graduate in any discipline from a Government recognized university.
- At least one-year course in Office Management and Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
- Shorthand speed: 80 wpm in English.
- Typing speed: 40 wpm in English.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi shorthand/typing.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
For Junior Executive (Rajbhasha) (Post Code 02):
- Graduate with Hindi as an elective and English as a main subject, OR
Degree/Diploma equivalent to B.A. in Hindi (certificate from UGC/AIU/AICTE required). - Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi software applications.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
