Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- MBA (Finance) through regular course from a recognized University/Institute.
- Age: 30 Years.
Library & Information Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized University/Institute.
- Age: 30 Years.
Junior Translation Officer (JTO)
- Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other language as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination.
- Diploma/Certificate in translation or 2 years’ experience in translation work.
- Age: 30 Years.
Accountant
- Bachelor’s Degree + Intermediate in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Age: 30 Years.
Stenographer
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Shorthand dictation at 80 WPM (English/Hindi) and transcription (on computer): 50 min for English, 65 min for Hindi.
- Age: 28 Years.

- Maximum Age: 30 Years (28 for Stenographer)

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- Deputy Manager (F&A): CBT (120 marks) + Interview (15 marks)
- Library Assistant, JTO, Accountant: Single CBT (120 marks)
- Stenographer: CBT (120 marks) + Skill Test in Stenography
- CBT Pattern:
- Part-I: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, GK, English (40 Marks)
- Part-II: Domain-specific questions (80 Marks)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Qualifying Marks:
- UR: 40%, OBC/EWS: 35%, SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
