Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager (HR):
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and a full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or equivalent from a recognized university. - Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts):
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks and MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Finance or qualified CA/CMA/CFA from a recognized institute. - Deputy Manager (C&MM):
Engineering Graduate with minimum 60% marks and full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. - Deputy Manager (Legal):
Full-time Law Graduate with minimum 60% marks from a Bar Council-recognized university with 3 years’ relevant experience. - Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):
Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory subject or equivalent qualification and a diploma/certificate in translation with 2 years of relevant experience.

Selection Process & Syllabus:
For Deputy Manager Posts:
- Stage 1: Online Examination (Objective Type – 120 Questions, 120 Minutes)
- Part I: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Ethics in Public Service, RTI Act, and General Knowledge
- Part II: Professional/Subject-specific questions
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks
- Qualifying Marks: UR – 40%, Reserved – 30%
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (Weightage 50:50 with written exam)
For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):
- Preliminary Test – 50 Objective Questions (General Hindi, General English, GK, Reasoning).
- Mains (Descriptive Test) – Translation and Essay Writing in Hindi/English.
- Final merit based on Mains Exam only.
