Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters) in the required disciplines:
Chemical, Civil, Computer Science/IT/MCA, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy. - Relaxation:
SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates need minimum 55% marks. - Degrees must be obtained through regular/full-time courses from recognized institutions (UGC/AICTE approved).

- Chemical: Chemical Engineering, Electro Chemical Engineering
- Civil: Civil Engineering
- Computer: CSE, IT, CSIT, MCA
- Electrical: Electrical Engg., Power Engg., EEE, Electrical & Instrumentation etc.
- Instrumentation: Electronics, ECE, Mechatronics, Control & Instrumentation etc.
- Mechanical: Mechanical Engg., Production, Thermal, Manufacturing etc.

Medical Standards
- Minimum Height: 155 cm
- Minimum Weight: 45 kg
- Vision: Myopia/Hypermetropia ≤ ±4.00, No color blindness
- PwBD allowed: OA/OL/OAL (min 40% disability) and Dwarfism

Salary
- Training Period Pay: ₹50,000 per month
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 (E1 Grade)
- After successful training, candidates become Assistant Manager (E1)
- Revised Pay: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000
- CTC: Approx ₹16–17 Lakhs per annum (excluding PRP, allowances)
Additional benefits: DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity, Medical facilities for self & dependents, leave encashment.
