Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
- Field Engineer (Electrical): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or equivalent with minimum 55% marks + 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Field Engineer (Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil with minimum 55% marks + 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent with minimum 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Higher technical qualifications not allowed.
- Field Supervisor (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil with minimum 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Higher qualifications not allowed.
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): Full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/IT with minimum 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Higher qualifications not allowed.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years as on 17.09.2025
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (as applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen & others as per Govt. norms
Salary
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000/- (Approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA)
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 1,05,000/- (Approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA)
- Other benefits: HRA, DA, perks, EPF, medical facilities, leave entitlement, and accident insurance as per rules.
