A total of 20 Fellow positions will be filled under this initiative launched by the Hon. Chief Minister. Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
As per the official notification: SPIPA_202526_3
- Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in SSC, HSC, and Graduation.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation from National-Level Institutes will receive higher weightage.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from foreign/international universities must also be mentioned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government or Private organizations (if applicable).
- Candidates must submit a 1000–1200 word Personal Statement without special characters.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 35 years as on 15/12/2025.
- Age above 35 years is not eligible.

As per notification:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹1,00,000/-
- LTA: ₹10,000/- per month
Total: ₹1,10,000/- per month

Selection Process & Syllabus
Selection Stages (as per official GR) SPIPA_202526_3
- Academic Qualification + Experience (40% weightage)
- Personal Statement Assessment by IIM Ahmedabad (20% weightage)
- Interview by Selection Committee (40% weightage)
Shortlisting will be done by SSC committee, followed by evaluation and final interview.
Training
Selected fellows will undergo:
- 2-week training at SPIPA & IIM Ahmedabad before joining.
