Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
As per recruitment rules:
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Degree in Teaching/Education (B.Ed / equivalent) from a recognized University.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years combined/separate experience in:
- Teaching and/or administration
- In Government/Local Bodies/University/Private/Public Sector
- On posts equivalent to:
- Assistant Teacher (Class III – Secondary/Higher Secondary)
- Kelavani Nirikshak
- Extension Officer (Education)
- Additional District Education Inspector
- Head Teacher in Primary Education
Experience must be after obtaining Teaching/Education degree.
Other Requirements
- Basic Computer Knowledge (as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules).
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
