Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division – Northern Region, has released the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025–26 notification for engagement of 456 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Eligible candidates can apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 27 December 2025 to 12 January 2026.

Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Trade Apprentice (ITI):
- Matric (10th Pass) + 2-Year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT)
Technician Apprentice:
- 3-Year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Instrumentation)
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Graduate Apprentice:
- Full-time Graduate Degree (BA / BCom / BSc / BBA)
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Data Entry Operator (Trade Apprentice):
- Class 12th (Below Graduate)
- Skilled candidates must hold NSQF Skill Certificate
Note: Qualification must be regular full-time. Distance/Correspondence courses are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years (as on 31 December 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years
- PwBD: Up to 10 Years (as applicable)
Salary / Stipend
