Educational Qualification (All Posts)

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
• Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in any discipline.

Post-wise Experience Requirement

• Zonal Receivables Manager:
  15+ years in Bank/NBFC/FI/Financial Services, with 10 years in collections/recovery/asset quality.
• Regional Receivables Manager:
  10+ years experience, with 5 years in debt collection/asset management roles.
• Area Receivables Manager (DM Grade):
  6+ years experience, with minimum 3 years in collection/recovery roles.
• Compliance Manager:
  10+ years experience; 5 years in compliance management.
• Complaint Manager:
  10+ years experience; 5 years in customer complaint handling.
• Process Manager:
  5+ years experience; 2 years in collection/recovery process management.
• Vendor Manager:
  5+ years experience; 2 years in vendor management processes.
• Floor Manager:
  5+ years experience; 2 years in call-centre/customer-facing roles.

Credit Score Requirement

• Minimum CIBIL Score: 680 at the time of joining.

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
• PwD – 10 to 15 years (as per category)
• Ex-servicemen – up to 10 years
