Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification (Post-wise):
- Full-time Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Automobile / Electronics / Production)
- Diploma in relevant discipline for Diploma Trainee posts
- Graduate Degree for Office Assistant Trainee
- Master’s Degree / MBA / PG Diploma is desirable for senior posts
Experience:
- Freshers eligible for Trainee & Assistant Engineer posts
- 2 to 16 years post-qualification experience required for Officer to DGM posts (as per grade)
