Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Officer – Corporate Communications (02 Posts)
- Age Limit: Max. 30 years (as on 31.08.2025)
- Qualification: Master’s/PG Diploma in Corporate Communication, Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields (min. 50% marks).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in corporate house/media/advertising/PR agency.
Officer – ESG (02 Posts)
- Age Limit: Max. 35 years (as on 31.08.2025)
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering OR PG in Management/Environmental Sciences. Certification in ESG/Climate Risk (CFA, GARP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years, with at least 1 year in environmental/social risk assessment and mitigation. Experience in finance preferred.
Officer – Infrastructure (04 Posts)
- Age Limit: Max. 35 years (as on 31.08.2025)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (min. 50%). PG in relevant field desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement, project formulation/management/monitoring in sectors like Civil, Water, Power, Roads, Railways, Ports.
Age Limit
- Corporate Communications: Max. 30 years
- ESG & Infrastructure: Max. 35 years

Salary
- Minimum CTC: ₹14.32 Lakh per annum (for candidates with 1 year of relevant experience).
- Pay structure includes 80% fixed + 20% variable components.
- Contract tenure: 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance.
