Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
- Essential Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA from a recognized institution.
- 8 years’ experience in Educational Institution/Government/Semi-Govt/PSU/Private firms in:
- Internal Audit, Budget Preparation & Execution, Account Reconciliation, Asset Register Maintenance, Statutory Audit.
- Knowledge of Procurement/Tendering/GEM application.
- Attended at least two accounting workshops.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reports, Tally, and GST.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English & Gujarati.
- Valid CCC Certificate.
- Knowledge of UGC, RTI, NAAC, BCI, and Government Regulations.
Age Limit
- Preferably below 60 years.
- Age of superannuation as per Government of Gujarat norms.
Salary
- Pay Scale (7th CPC, Gujarat Govt.): Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
- Appointment is contractual for 5 years.
