Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience
Candidates must have completed:
- NAC (3 Years) OR
- ITI (2 Years) + NAC/NCTVT (1 Year)
in the relevant trade such as Electronics, Fitter, Grinder, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, or Turner from institutes recognized by NCVT.
⚠️ Candidates possessing higher qualifications than prescribed are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Age calculated as on 25 November 2025:

Salary
Pay Scale (C-5 Level): ₹22,000 – ₹90,000
Monthly remuneration includes:
- Basic Pay – ₹22,000
- DA – As applicable
- HRA – As applicable
- Perks – 25% of Basic Pay
- Medical Allowance – ₹1,500
- Other benefits as per HAL rules
Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay is admissible during tenure.

The application fee is fully exempted for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Apprentices of HAL / Candidates sponsored through Employment Exchange or Zila Sainik Board.
