Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
A. Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Fire, Safety & Security (E6 Grade)
Education:
- Full-time Engineering Degree in Fire
OR - Full-time Engineering Degree in Safety
OR - Engineering Degree with PG Diploma in Fire/Safety
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years, including:
- At least 05 years in Large Hydrocarbon Sector / Fertilizer Plant / Continuous Process Plant / Manufacturing Plant (₹500 Cr+) OR
- Combination of above + minimum 02 years managerial role
- Experience in terminal security systems, safety standards, OISD compliance, audits, emergency planning, fire equipment management, etc. Final_Detailed_Adv_Phase_2025_03
Maximum Age:
- 45 years, extendable up to 51 years depending on additional Large Hydrocarbon experience (as per age-relaxation table).
Senior Officer – Fire (E1 Grade)
Education:
Any one of the following:
a) Engineering Degree in Fire
b) Engineering Degree + Degree/Diploma in Fire
c) Full-time Engineering Degree (General) from AICTE/UGC-approved institute
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years in:
- Large Hydrocarbon Sector / Process Plants / Fertilizer Plants / Heavy Industry / Manufacturing (₹500 Cr+)
- OR 02 years exclusively in Large Hydrocarbon Sector
- Must have knowledge of fire systems, firefighting equipment, emergency response, fire audits, drills, etc.
