Candidates must have a valid GATE score in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (CS) along with one of the following educational qualifications:
A. Engineering Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech.) in
Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
OR
B. Master’s Degree Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Science (M.Sc.) with Electronics or Computer Science or Physics with Electronics, or
- Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized University or Institute.
Note: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and GATE eligibility as of the closing date 16 November 2025.

- Maximum Age: 27 years (as on 16 November 2025)
