Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Junior Associate (199 Posts)
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Age: 20–32 years as on 01.11.2025
- Experience (CDA): Level 4, 5, 6 (Group C & B) with 3 years of experience
- Experience (IDA): W-4, 5, 6 (Workmen Category)
- Note: Only Department of Posts employees in Level 4 are eligible.
Assistant Manager – Scale I (110 Posts)
- Education: Graduation in any discipline
- Age: 20–35 years as on 01.11.2025
- Experience (CDA):
- Level 7 with 5 years’ experience
- Level 8 with 3 years’ experience
- Experience (IDA):
- Level E-1
- Level E-0 with 3 years’ experience
- Note: Department of Posts employees are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)
- Junior Associate: 20–32 years
- Assistant Manager: 20–35 years
- Age relaxation: As per rules of Central Government (only for eligible categories).
Salary
As per deputation/foreign service rules:
An employee may opt for:
- Pay of the deputation post OR
- Basic pay in parent cadre + deputation allowance + admissible personal pay.
