Minimum 22 years experience in Shipbuilding / Ship Repair / Naval projects
General Manager (HR)
Graduate with PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel/IR/Labour Welfare
Minimum 22 years HR experience in PSU or reputed private organizations
Deputy General Manager (HR)
Graduate + PG in HR/Personnel/IR/Labour Welfare
Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience
Manager (HR)
Graduate + PG in HR / Labour Laws
Minimum 9 years HR experience
Deputy Manager (Safety)
Engineering Graduate + Diploma in Industrial Safety
Minimum 5 years safety experience
Deputy Manager (Finance)
Graduate with CA / CMA (ICAI/ICWAI)
Minimum 5 years finance experience
Senior Chief Project Superintendent (FTC)
Engineering Graduate
Minimum 24 years experience in shipbuilding / naval projects
