Assistant Manager (Grade A) – Generalist

• Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 years) OR
• CA / CS / CMA (ICWA) OR
• B.Tech / B.E.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government / PSU / reputed organizations.

Assistant Manager – Environment & Social Safeguard

• Engineering / Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Environmental Management / Environmental Science / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Economics Development
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant sector.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years (as on 28 February 2026)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC (NCL): 3 Years
• PwBD: 10–15 Years (based on category)
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years

Salary

• Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150
• Approx Cost to Company: ₹19 Lakhs per annum
